Our family had an incredible time exploring the unique mountain and glacier landscape in the Saas Valley. The Dom Hotel provided the perfect base for our adventure-filled days. Surrounded by breathtaking peaks, we enjoyed hiking, biking, and even the Kids Bike League for our youngest ones. The friendly staff at the hotel were always helpful, providing us with information about the best trails and activities for families. The breakfast spread was delicious and energizing, allowing us to fuel up before our daily adventures. the Saas Valley offered endless opportunities for family fun and the Dom Hotel was the ideal place to call our home away from home.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

Very good decoration Excelente location. Staff overburdened at peak of season. Friendly staff make you feel at home. One of the best choices in Saas Fee, but I would rate this hotel around 9.2 rather than 9.7. The superior room at 23m2 is a little small although the space is well distributed.

Love the breakfast, lots of choice and any kind of eggs made fresh in the kitchen. Staff all very friendly and the welcome drink was well received. Room really comfortable with great bed and seating area. Bottles of water and apples every day when we returned from skiing. Lift to the cable car every morning in The Dom's very cool electric car was a bonus and saved walking with skis and boots! Downstairs bar is very relaxing, good music and great burgers. Did not eat in the restaurant but menu looked good and real value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel, just wonderful and situated bang in the center of beautiful Saas Fee.

We recently stayed at the Dom Hotel and had an amazing experience. the location in the heart of Saas Fee was perfect and we loved the wellness facilities available at the hotel. the personnel were incredibly kind and always ready to help. We also appreciated the shuttles provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the area. Our room was beautifully renovated with nice wooden furniture and a big balcony that offered a stunning view. the breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the small touches like coffee in the rooms and tea near the reception. The hotel also had a ski room, which was convenient for us as we were there for skiing. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

I absolutely loved the newly renovated and modernized decor of the hotel. The combination of modern alpine charm was truly stunning and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were beautifully decorated and the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself. The spacious rooms and the impeccably clean bathrooms were a delight. I especially enjoyed the view from the 4th floor, it was simply magnificent. The multi-lingual staff, who I fondly referred to as the "helpful children working there", were incredibly kind and always ready to assist. Lastly, dining on the terrace was an absolute pleasure on a sunny day.
The only thing that could have made my vacation even better as a senior person was if there were more options for activities catered specifically for older guests.

The Dom Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. the location is perfect, with easy access to the nearby ski lifts and sport shops. Secondly, the service provided by the bell staff and reception desk is top-notch, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lastly, the room amenities are exceptional, with a well-stocked mini-bar, comfortable sitting area, and luxurious toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel to friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
On the other hand, I cannot think of any negative aspects of this hotel. Friends should definitely consider staying here for an enhanced level of comfort and quality services.

This hotel offered a fantastic breakfast spread and comfortable bedding. the location was also great, with many attractions within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the romantic ambiance of the room, which was perfect for a romantic escape.
The cleanliness was not up to par, with stains on the walls and dusty surfaces.
